Training new employees or re-training existing staff to use new technology is costly and time consuming. For small businesses and manufacturers, it often times means double duty for managers and supervisors, who must maintain productivity during training sessions.

The A-Tech Workforce Development Office is now offering an efficient and cost-effective solution to workforce training for the business office or the manufacturing plant.

A-Tech/WFD Customized Training is provided by a highly skilled staff and can include needs analysis of workforce or applicant skill levels, in depth analysis of job tasks, detailed job task evaluations, development of customized curriculum, and training sessions conducted on site or at the A-Tech campus in Jefferson.

The A-Tech has received state approval to serve as an HVAC continuing education site. Licensed HVAC technicians will be able to complete the class hours required for license renewal and take their tests at the ATECH.
