Scholarships Specifically for A-Tech Students
A-Tech Student Scholarship
This scholarship is open to any graduating A-Tech student with a GPA of 2.5 or higher. Students must submit three letters of recommendation and one must come from their career-technical instructor. Application deadline is April 1.
A-Tech Teachers' Association Scholarship
This scholarship is open to any graduating A-Tech student. Students must have an minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and attendance will also be taken into consideration. Deadline for application is April 1.
Gene Haas Foundation Scholarship
One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a Precision Machining senior planning to attend school. Two $250 scholarships will be awarded to Precision Machining seniors who are working in a related field. Application deadline is May 1.
Gerald J Allen Scholarship
Two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded to A-Tech seniors who are enrolled in a two or four year college or technical institute. Applications must be received by Mr. Wludyga by May 1.
James E French Memorial Scholarship
Applicants must be enrolled in either Carpentry I, Carpentry II or Welding I at the Ashtabula County Technical & Career Center and must be from Ashtabula County. Applications must be received by Mr. Wludyga by May 1.
Lester C. Marrison Memorial Scholarship
Senior students enrolled in Carpentry, Electricity, Construction Technology, Horticulture and Power Sports. One (1) Student attending 2 or 4 year schools eligible for $1,000.00 Two (2) students entering employment in related field eligible for $250

Scholarships Open to Students Beyond Ashtabula County
Lester C. Marrison Teacher Education Book Grant
This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a high school senior planning to pursue a career in education or working with children. Applicant must have a 3.0 or higher GPA. Application deadline is January 15, 2025.
Online Scholarship Applications
Ohio Township Association Scholarships
Up to five $1,500 scholarships will be awarded to seniors who live in Ohio Townships. Applicants must have a "B" average, live in a township, and plan to attend a university, training program, or vocational school in Ohio. Deadline is January 31.
AOPA Foundation Aviation Scholarship
Multiple scholarships from $2,500 to $14,000 will be awarded. Complete one application and it will be considered for multiple scholarships. Application deadline is February 7, 2025.
Imagine America Scholarship
This scholarship is for high school seniors or recent graduates who plan to attend an approved career school. (See https://www.imagine-america.org/our-schools/ for more information.)
