Students should plan to arrive at 6:00 p.m. and proceed to the auditorium. Doors to the gymnasium will open at 6:15 p.m. for guest seating.

Every student who indicated to their career technical instructor that they will be attending the ceremony will receive five tickets. Students can request extra tickets by seeing Ms. Joan Lucas in A-Tech’s Student Services Office. Handicap tickets may also be requested. Tickets will be distributed to students by their career technical instructors on Tuesday, May 23rd.

Practice for the Senior Awards Ceremony will take place at A-Tech on Thursday, May 25th at 9:00 a.m. in the cafeteria. All students who are attending the Senior Awards Ceremony are encouraged to attend the practice. If a student plans on attending the ceremony, but is unable to attend practice, they should let their career technical instructor know.

Some career technical instructors require a specific attire for their students at the ceremony. Students should speak to their career technical instructor to confirm their program’s attire. Please no jeans, shorts, hoodies, or hats.

All money owed (school fees, lunch fees, library fines, etc.) must be paid in full by Monday, May 15th. Failure to pay fees in full will result in a student’s certificate being held until fees are paid.
